Jim Griffin is an employment attorney for the Management Association. Jim works with employers to draft and revise employment policies, handbooks, and severance agreements; provide employment law compliance training; and counsel them with regards to complying with relevant employment laws. Jim also represents employers before the EEOC and other state and federal agencies.
Prior to joining the Management Association, Jim worked at a plaintiffs’ employment law firm, where he handled a variety of employment-related claims.
Jim graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Jim has a B.S. in psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
